Passive circular arm dangling to decompress the joint space.
Gently pull towel vertically up back with good hand to stretch affected side.
Slowly crawl fingers up wall to lift arm without active shoulder contraction.
Posterior capsule stretch by pulling arm behind lower back.
Sit and hold a stick horizontally; use good arm to push affected side outward.
Pull arm across chest with opposite hand to stretch posterior shoulder.
Hold arms straight to the sides and trace circular motion in the air.
Press stick horizontally overhead using assistance from unaffected arm.
Step forward with forearm flat on frame to stretch front shoulder.
Lean forward through doorway with both forearms on frame to open chest.
